    All you need is a top coat of Boysen plexibond B7760 after your plaster application to enhance your wall water proofing

    *TS, sliding window ba ang sayo? Had a similar problem before. The cause was an improperly flashed window frame and poor caulking around the edges, it appears the water came through the frame and worked through the inner wall. Ginawa ko I removed all the bottom sealant from the outer frame then I re-caulked from the inside. This way, hindi naiipon ang tubig na galing sa frame driphole.

    Or maybe you can hose down the wall/window for about 10 mins. to replicate a wind driven rain to determine the real cause. hth
