58-page long, binasa ko lang ang first and last page..lol.

found an article: (perhaps bias to China, pero looks like the author have valid points)
It belongs to China: Philippine media - China.org.cn

but under EEZ, the shoal is under Phil territory. wtf

Did Speculation Fuel Oil Price Swings? - CBS News
I remember watching 60-Minutes on CBS and how supply and demand doesnt apply with the rising oil prices. I found the article above. (speculations, not supply & demand, drives oil prices)

HowStuffWorks "How does oil speculation raise gas prices?"
"Without doubt, much of our oil comes from unstable parts of the world. But that is nothing new; it's been that way for decades" [source: Levin].

The by-products as well are elementally different from the source material since these fuels are first refined and then burned.

it's too late Malaysia and Indonesia (salim territory) already released press statements that they support the Philippine claim of scarborough.

so business business lang yan talaga, if not the Chinese, it will be our brothers in the South who will control that disputed oil rich area.
