    sa ibang school cguro compulsory but it should not be like that. ginawa pang batas ito..... hindi ba pwede memorandum lang from deped or ched perhaps.

    They can but it won't have teeth (as in the power to throw people in jail for any violation). The most CHED can do is to revoke accreditation of the school. Walang personal liability mga owners/administrators.
