In my opinion, Sapatero Manila makes the best local shoes. Sapatero operates out of a garage. They can make bespoke shoes for you with a last specific to your foot. It'll take them a month though. They use high quality leathers from tanneries such as Horween. Glenmore is also not bad as a bootmaker. You can find Sapatero in facebook. Glenmore is over at metrowalk. For RTW locally made shoes, you can check Bristol at market market. Their designs are a bit outdated though. Surprisingly, SM is the most fashion forward out of the local brands with their Salvatore Mann and Milanos lines. These are made in China though.

Wala ba nyan sa Volmax?
Since i wear office shoes until they break after several years, i don't mind spending a little more for a good one. Recently retired my M&S everyday office shoes as the sole crack has gotten pretty big already and got a pair of Cole Haans at the store in Rockwell to replace them. Sale naman so the price was okay.
