It has to be the google earth program for windows, not just the maps for browser. The android and IOS versions also dont have.
You will see the elevation data at the bottom. You will also have to zoom in enough. You just hover around the area that you want to check.

It says Ayala Ave is 86ft
Im using Google Earth Pro though
