    sorry for the inconvenience bros...

    we decided to create a new usergroup (active tsikoteers) for members who have 100 posts and more. these members have the special privilege of having signatures and their own customized titles...

    i forgot to edit the permission for this new group to allow access to the forum blocks.. kaya sa mga active tsikoteers, bigla nawala ito :D . my apologies...

    members having less than 100 posts can still start new threads and post messages. But they have to have at least 100 posts to earn the signature and customized title privileges. Their title for the meantime is tsikoteer.

    This is to encourage more participation in the forums. and also to prevent new members from spamming the boards using their signatures.
