Founder member ako ng Citibank credit card since 1995 but I have no banking relation. Wala naman so far akong na encounter na problema sa quality of customer service. Their reward points program is certainly one of the best in the industry malaki na pakinabang namin dito.

For consumer loan banking very competitive and at times the lowest ang lending rate ng HSBC vs others plus the quality of customer service kaya lahat ng loan namin including bridge financing sa HSBC.

I have a Citibank Platinum Visa. But when it came the time to get a Mastercard, I applied for a silver HSBC just to try them out and was rejected.

Ps: I have a good credit line. So I really dont know the reason for the rejection.

Check www.hsbc.com.ph for their branches. Current account has chequebook, both earn the same interest * 1%.

First it was Citibank that closed their retail operations in PH, now HSBC savings is closing na rin but they will retain the main (higher deposit requirement) bank.

It makes me wonder because CT also had a savings bank which they closed many years ago. I hope it won't be the same for HSBC.
