the embalsa actually works in their favor. embalsa slows down the degredation of the tissues.
they can also look into the material and photographs and notes, from the first autopsy.
one thing i have learned thru the years,
"we may all have read the same books, but our interpretation can still be different."
examining the evidence from a fresh set of eyes, can be an advantage at getting to the root of things.
but if there is a ruptured aneurysm in there, i am confident that any properly trained pathologist will easily recognize it for what it is.
