Parang mataas yung 50-50 split hehehe. Dapat ang max na share ng empleysdo ay 30% sa dsting company ko nga 90-10 split kaya lahat kuha ng auto.

Here in the company I work for, the employee pays for the downpayment or for the outright purchase of the vehicle.
Then, the company gives you a monthly allowance to cover the insurance and PMS of the unit, for 5 years, depending on the scheme or plan.
If you leave the company,- then it just stops.

Yes bro., it covers the monthly amortization, depending on the scheme or plan, plus extras as stated earlier.
So, there is a hold somewhere until you reach a certain inflection point in your payment vs. the monthly allowance given to you with reference to you car-plan. But of course, you can leave whenever you want and just shoulder the "limited damage"
