i used to play badminton until i have this staggering pain with my right forearm the moment i smash. lifting a 1lb dumbbell with my forearm in parallel with the table would be a pain either.
x-ray shows negative results though, with on and off therapy for almost a year made it better but i never returned with the badminton since.
too bad that i haven't that much activity nowadays. i just opt for the stairs(3~4 plights)as much as i could instead of the lift.
yes it's an alibi for being busy, yet i would accept if you will call me just too lazy
It's a consequence of being a military veteran. Running 3 miles on the treadmill is equivalent to running 1.5 miles outside. Of course, running 1.5 miles is the minimum fitness standard in the AF. I never quit (exercising) after I retired and I try to maintain those standards as long as long as I'm capable.

One thing I did was work closely with my doctor. She recommended avoiding activities that are hard on my knees. After recent basketball games resulted in sore knees, she's right. At least, no more full-court games for me.

tennis elbow? primary solution is to rest that part. therapy could help but if it strains again its going to be useless. our ortho surgeon recommends casting mine for 2 weeks and ok na. no therapy nor meds.

Cheapest alternative sir you have to try. I got mine alam mo kakabuhat ng timba then salin sa washing machine twice a week. That's my exercise na rin. We don't have inday, i do cook and laundry. Tigas ako[emoji12] my wife do the plantsa and tiklop...

No traffic on my route this morning. On a normal day, any of my 3 possible routes (around 12 kilometers) would take me an hour or so. Bad days mean one and a half or more. Today I was at the office after 30 minutes

Yes, i think so bro, yung malapit sa CR and athletes foot, rami naming sleepless nights coz of that, umabot sa demand letter and talking to BSP....be carefull when paying online at sa stores, see the digits sa back of the card, nilagayan na namin ng sticker and when paying, wag na wag mawawala sa paningin nyo yung card..

6 months cigarette free nako! wohoo! potentially, i saved myself millions of pesos in healthcare costs, if not death from cancer LOL or heart problems. Of course I'm not risk free but still!

those trying to quit, mas psychological talaga sya, you need to get over that initial week/month, after that, at least in my experience e smooth sailing na. kahit umiinom ako at pagitnaan ako ng mga tropa kong yosi boys at girls, wa epek na!

cold turkey or bust! Good luck!
