Had my car's engine oil changed after a year and a half, also the ATF after 2 years, distance traveled is less than 3k from both changes. Car somehow feels lighter to drive now.

Our all around gave me 2 pet ducks 😊 Kaya lang we don't have a pool or pond at home so I have to buy inflatable pool or maybe a big batya. Hassle lang to drain that regularly.

I'm returning the ducksPapatayin yun ng labs ko
They follow me everywhere e they saw me go to the dirty kitchen when I fed them e that is where my fat lab is. Wala pa 24 hrs attached na sakin yung ducksNakaka akyat pala yung ducks ng wide stairs akala ko hindi makaka akyat sa dirty kitchen e they have the whole backyard for themselves

Received an company email from our president and we are WFH until year end. Although employees have option to WFO it they want. I'm so happy. [emoji4]
The push of government to return to office for BPO has been worrying me for weeks.
Buti pa kayo kami babalik na sa May tho twice a week lang. Meron iba sa amin nagreturn to site na actually. I'm not ready. [emoji30]

and if BPOs won't make employees go back to the office they're viewed by the gov't as not cooperating with the goal to revive the economy
kaya maari alisin mga tax perks
It's to revive the economy daw. I think PEZA locations have lots of commercial establishments that rely on the workers as customers. Also mga building owners nalulugi because a lot of company ended their leases since wala naman employee sa location. I think malakas influence ng mga land owners like Ayala to make the government push the BPO sector to get back to leasing their offices.
Kung Ako kasi tatanungin mo, we still spend on shopee, grab delivery and whenever we go out on weekends. Ang kaibhan lang hindi sa peza location and establishments napupunta yung spending.
Imagine government are already thinking about 2 days coding, pero gusto pa rin nila dumagdag BPO workers sa Traffic. I remember before the pandemic the government are thinking of encouraging companies to consider WFH setup dahil nga sa Traffic.

I think a lot of companies, at least in my industry, will continue with the WFH setup. It may not be 100% but WFH will be the future state na. I talked to my friends and that's how it is where they work.
In my previous job the future will be 2 days WFH or exceptionally 3 days WFH, kaya my Mom is encouraging me to wait out the 2 yr period when I can go back again kasi that's a very convenient set up (of course I will request for 3 days WFH which is my ideal hehe) The company gave up floors na and it worked for 2 yrs naman, laking tipid sa company. They only pay for the internet of the staff.
Also it's true what BratPAQ said, gumagastos pa rin naman tao. Mas malaki pa nga gastos ko ng WFH kasi mas madali mag shop online tapos hindi ko nararamdaman yung paglabas ng pera kasi online payment lang.
Totohanin kaya nila 2 days coding? I better start looking for 2nd hand cars. I will buy siguro mid 2000s model para mura na.
This reminds me of the site upwork. It's a site for international WFH jobs. May freelance may as employee. Saw a sample on GMA news na secretary na WFH, na amaze lang ako na pwede ka pala mag secretary ng WFH. Sya nag aayos ng schedule ng boss nya from overseas and her boss will sometimes video call her. Malaki kinikita nya compared sa trabaho local.
I've been meaning to explore it as extra income. Parang future is in WFH nga and because it's online hindi ka na limited sa local jobs.
I'm interested in this. I've been jobless since 2020 and I want to be productive naman
What's VA?
