    Just went (again) to PLDT customer service. I showed our list of tickets since September and they applied a rebates worth 1 month bill. Ok na rin for all the stress their problem causing me. And another rebates would be applied when our current open ticket is closed that's worth more than a month's bill. OK na rin. I'll stop trolling their FB page na rin. [emoji23]

    You mean dedicated for cctv? For our cctv we just connect our cctv box to lan and we can start remotely browsing the cameras...

    bakit daw hindi pwede? your ip cams only need are wifi signal/connection from your (converge) router.

    Ewan ko basta sabi private IP daw sila or something. I can't access my cameras using data. Dapat same network (wifi) so it defeated the purpose of having CCTV cameras.

    Naka CGNAT yung residential plans ng Converge. Kay PLDT, hindi (pa).

    Ibig sabihin, you don't have a unique public IP accessible to the world when you are using converge residential plans, whereas sa PLDT, you are assigned a unique public IP.

    You need a business plan kay converge to get a public IP.
