    Just got priceless advice from a good friend and mentor. I feel very blessed with the kindness and generosity of the people I meet in life.

    Good for your 3 boys. It's exam week for my daughter. There was only light rain in Paranaque/Las Pinas area earlier today.


    By the way, I', happy my Fiesta is back in working condition after changing its battery last week. Yesterday, I took it for an easy run (60KMH) at NAIAX then gave it a spirited run at Skyway before Makati.

    Unfortunately no bro due to budget constraints.

    Pero the laptop it replaced is already 6 years old hence the lag is terrible and the difference is night and day with the new one.

    In our office, you use what is assigned to you. The BPO team uses thin or zero clients that uses no HDD, only direct browser access to our cloud servers. The IT development/testing teams use standard desktops.

    Same in our office. But it's thinkpad for all of us. We can ask for bigger ram or HD but you have to justify that. I'm lucky though because I have a PC and a Laptop. My boss gave special approval for this because normally you only get one (either a PC or Laptop)
