    Thanks. I told my wife for us to try to live there during the xmas season as traffic is terrible. Then afterwards we will attempt to rent it out na.

    As for the elevators am Not sure . Its been awhile since i closed the deal i forgot the development features na. Though i know and remember its max 4 units to a floor.

    Odd(1-15)floors use setA lifts, Even(1-15)floors use setB elevators.

    And theres 15-30th [emoji28] odd&even set

    Not sure how they rank. And it may vary from brand to brand (ayala premier vs avida or alveo).

    Upkeep is critical for long term value.

    DMCI ranks somewhere between Avida and Alveo. My uncle has a condo in one of the older Avidas. Looks kinda sad nowadays, maybe because of the design also - too dense with too many towers and too many units per floor.

    DMCI has very good lobbies and common areas. All new projects have very generous ameneties.

    Unit sizes are quite small though compared to Alveo. For example - 2BR in DMCI is 56-67 sqm while it's around 80-85 sqm for Alveo.

    This is d best condo going up right now in the Philippines. I think it sets the gold standard even by the high standards of Ayala Premier. Kung may pera lang ako........
