I chatted with a CSR today. I told her the story and she granted me a full refund without return! She did not even ask for a photo of the shoes. IMPRESSIVE customer service from Amazon. I told her I can't return because I am in the Philippines. Next time I will make sure that my shoes are checked if it's a left and right pair LOL. I just got an email that my refund has been processed
Now, what to do with 2 right shoes? hahaha!
