Have you gotten that second opinion? The casa guys won't dupe you into saying na walang problema, if there is a real and evident problem. If you brought your car to Toyota Pasig last time, try having it checked again at Toyota BGC, or Toyota Makati. Don't tell them that you had it checked at Pasig, just tell them of your concern and hear their findings/reccomendations.
If its still AC evaporator cleaning (which I bet it is) ... then have it done.
Can I have freon checked or leak test at any AC shop lang muna? I have been having AC problems since my car turned 2 ata. It is out of warranty now but I wanna prove to casa sana nagbawas talaga ng freon or may leak when I bring it back. Baka pwede macover pa sa warranty. But that won't be a problem naman assuming covered pa?

The casa won't honor the findings of an "AC shop", to add insult to injury, the casa will (may) not give you extended warranty (more on this later) on your claim since you had the car fiddled with by an unauthorized service centre, very subjective scenario IMHO.
Warranty is 3 years or 100K kms.. If you have past service invoices, receipts, claiming of your complaint with the AC when it was still covoered by the warranty, then show it to the dealer for consideration.
Re: Extended warranty (Warranty extension) = is given to loyal customers, meaning no missed service intervals, all repairs were done by the dealer, on the discretion of the service manager. Be aware that this warranty is only in effect for spare parts. Maintenance and cleaning + replacement of wear and tear components are shouldered by the customer.

Don't tell them to check the freon level. Chances are, they will just check the refrigerant level, and not perform an overall diagnosis. Just tell them your AC is not cooling well as it should (general issue). Para they will check on everything.

C4U try mo punta kahing saang A/C shop na may free estimate. Usually ang una nila ginagawa to estimate the repair is checking the freon level. Wala ka babayaran dun. If hindi mo feel na dun mismo magpagawa, pwede ka magdahilan na kulang dala mo pera. If the real problem naman is freon, usually wala pa 1K ang re-charge.

Yes you can. We are not talking of a single casa here. I know your preferred casa is Pasig, but you can have it checked in BGC or Makati, or both .. for your peace of mind. You can also have it checked at an independent AC shop.
What ever their recommendations (Pasig + BGC + Makati + Tower of David), narrow down on the most obvious, and have that done in Toyota Pasig.

When I was a service advisor (a long, long time ago), I would just pull out a not-too-busy AC technician out of the shop and let him diagnose a customers car while they're waiting in the service reception lounge. Like what the honorable gentleman said above ... use your charm, it works wonders.
