Bakit ka badtrip today?

I read somewhere that according to new studies daw 6 to 7 hours of sleep for longer life daw. But I don't believe that. I think its different for everyone.

6 hours of sleep on weekdays is already a luxury to me. I would usually get 4 to 5. Pero pag weekend ako bamumabawi. I can get up to 12 hours on weekends sometimes more.

well sleep is for recuperation, repair and well being, lack of food is ok, but lack of sleep is a no no..

Binigyan ako 2 major projects to be deployed this year on top of the other softwares that our team supports.

Aside from that kapag madami schedule si wifey na need ko ihatid sundo sa airport...

There are instances she has to be at terminal 2 before 5:30 in the morning tapos babalik ako around 9:30 PM para sunduin sya ulit tapos tsaka pa kami uwi... tapos kinabukasan may ibang flight ulit na balikan [emoji23][emoji4][emoji4][emoji4][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

My commute to work is 7 to 8 hours total daily. 8 hours work pa which should be 9 hours dapat talaga kasi 1 hour for break time.

I'll be able to drive siguro again next year and my drive should shorten sana.

Hehehe youre a lucky man indeed. 15 mins doesnt get you far nowadays in this metropolis. From 1 end of ayala avenue to the other end takes longer than that. And ayala is a very short road.
