I'm in so much pain since yesterday (back pain) I wonder why e my kidneys are fine naman. Can weight gain really cause this much pain?!? I had to take Ponstan and can't clean my car tuloy

Another bad trip, yesterday I bought what I thought was taho. I asked the crew several times if they have normal taho and she said yes but it's milk tea with the white in taho! Paid P100 and had 1/4 of it only

weight gain + degenerative disk disease = low back pain.

the mainstay in the treatment of such back pain, is weight loss.
weight loss is free. the other modes of treatment, aren't.

but you have to see a doctor, to rule out the other possible causes of back pain.

same as the wife complaining bout back pain near the kidneys, we went to the nephro after our bi-annual blood works, says everything is ok, but she noticed that her back looks weird, baka daw scolio, just to be sure we had a xray of the back then ultra sound sa kidneys etc...organs all clear, pero sa xray shows beginning stages of scolio, then off to the ortho, binigyan lang ng muscle relaxant then some exercises, big improvement after that..sabi ni doc caused yan ng heavy ladies bag...

I can't believe what weight gain did to me. I guess my body can only handle a certain amount of weight. I know people that are 200 or 300 lbs but they are not in constant pain like I am

kutob ko same as the wife, mild scolio with muscle spasms, better have an ortho chk it out..

Thanks. I do have scolio I usually don't take pain killers but took Ponstan when I woke up and it did help.

Yes I'll go to the doctor. Hindi ko lang talaga matiis na kanina kaya napilitan ako. Kagabi I was in so much pain I can't even remember the last time I took Ponstan kasi I avoid taking meds talaga (except for vitamins/supplements )

Yung labandera namin steel brush ata ginagamit sa damit ko. Either kupas or butas.

But now it's different, so I was stretching my arms and noticed that there was a huge hole in the armpit of my top. Good thing I have a huge mirror in my desk so I saw the butas!

My phone is naked I changed the folio/case of my phone today. I hoarded cases but this particular one's rubber cracked in a few hours. I had to remove it and throw it away since it couldn't hold my phone anymore.

I have 2 more cases left. I hope the rubber is still okay. I hate that they don't sell casing for Note 2 anymore This phone is really tough

Cat, i have a note 2 case (black) with a built in power bank that can extend the power by a few hours. It is a bit bulky and heavy but let me know if you are interested.
