Almost 6 hours at LTO renewing license. 21st year driving. Because of incompetent and CORRUPT LTO leaders (P!&*^# &^% mo Joseph Emilio Aguinaldo Abaya et.al, current and past officials), I can't help but be miserable on my birthday. Robinsons Metro East. After 21 Years, the lto officer told me they can't renew my license because the system has my middle initial only even though my license has been showing my whole middle name for as long as I can remember. She told me I had to go to a district office (Marikina LTO) with a copy of my birth certificate so my record can be updated.

BTT: I only found out this afternoon that I need to report for work at our Ortigas branch!!! That means 1 extra hour earlier to get to work! And I REFUSE to spend the whole day there because traffic is horrible going home from our office!

not today but the other day, there was this Suzuki MPV na may red/blue blinker sa taas nya (no siren) but then no signs sa body panels indicating it was first response/emergency services. Regular plate din. Wasn't beeping pero may pace. If gimmick lang yan ng private vehicle that person should be ashamed of him/herself. Daming nagbigay ng daan (nag start saken, domino effect)
