I sincerely hope so.... And I hope that the "Empire Strikes Back"

I would most probably take the Moonwalk, Merville route starting tomorrow until the dust has settled (down)....

I wonder how LPC reacts to this. IMO this is a really bad move by the paranaque side. Why can't we just get along

*CVT, get a BF Paranaque sticker na lang, how much is a non-resident sticker there? Isn't that less hassle than going a different route?

I have BF stickers on a couple of our vehicles. Cost is P1,000 for non-residents like me.... You could just imagine the huge revenue (on stickers alone) that is at the disposal of their board.

The problem is the long queue of vehicles attempting to cross the checkpoint as people who are not being allowed to pass would normally argue lengthily with the guards,- and so I would not like to get caught in that explosive situation.... Oh well,- took the Sucat Road route today and no issues....

IIRC the non-resident sticker already costs 1,200 and 400 for us from neighboring villages. That's alot of dough at the hands of the board, they do sell alot of those stickers.

I just hope that the Las Pinas City government would make the right moves here, as they did in the past.

Setting up their own checkpoint with their officials,- side by side with the BF checkpoint,- and not allowing those without the LPC sticker to cross to the Las Pinas side should be the equalizer.... Everyone should realize that if you don't pay for property taxes on your roads,- then by default,- they are the property of the local government,- and should be at their disposal...

May sticker na nga ako ng BF as a non-resident,- paying so much of their capricho and yet....

Anyway,- exactly my worries, as I was telling wifey when they advertised that BF is now under "new management", and that vehicles with LPC stickers are allowed to go inside the village through LPC checkpoints only until 12 midnight.... The second one makes sense to me...
