Walk natural. Not exercise walk.
Low blood and getting dizzy means blood is not circulating in the brain then down the body,
Diba nga nag-walk ka sa mall, then nahilo ka.
Low blood must be dealt with lying down so that blood will not fight grsvity upstream.
Galing na ako dyan coz off too much exercise. Low blood is vitsmin deficiency. Mainly Iron. Vitamin B dapat kagad

I'm not sure how out of shape you are. Start slow with shorter walks and a slower pace to get a feel for what you can handle. You start getting fatigued or light-headed, rest and head back home.
If you make the walks a habit, your body will slowly adjust and you can increase the length and tempo.
No choice in the matter. The older we get, the harder we have to work to stay healthy.
From his post, he said he has a choice of taking one of two HBP medications. He doesn't get dizzy with the 130/90 meds. He should stick with that and start exercising/adjusting his diet.
If his BP goes down to 100/70 while taking the 130/90 meds, he may again get dizzy spells in which case, he should see his doctor again about getting off all BP meds. But, you know. That's looking too far ahead.
