Nope. SC doesn't have the budget. LGU washes its hands. Under the "present arrangement" its the DOJ who will shoulder the expenses for the repair. Now, everytime it pours, court hearings are suspended. This is still how our RTC looks today--

There are a lot of pickpockets in the Makati CBD especially during the rush hours, taking advantage of tired, weary workers. Last week, the wifey lost her cellphone which was less than a week old; this happened while she was on the elevated walkway going to Greenbelt.

Black Orchid? Its uni*** so if you are used to sweet or aquatic perfumes, this will definitely smell like a man to you. Probably you sprayed generously too. You are already lucky that no one from your office whisper to you that you smell like an old lady. It does smell like old lady when its very humid.

I think its one of the best smelling perfume out there. But it needs the right setting and climate. My wife have this perfume and its her go to fragrance for our dinner date. I think its dangerously ***y.

Like fruity perfume? Do you like green mangoes? Try smelling Un Jardin Sur Le Nil by Hermes. It will smell like freshly cut grass at first but give it time, it smells wonderful for our climate. Thats the only fruity smelling perfume my wife has. Maybe Dior J'adore can pass as fruity too maybe because its abit sweet. You might like it.

I took EDSA on the way to office. Tapos nagkatraffic doon sa may Shaw tunnel. Halos 10 mins ako naipit sa stretch of road from Megamall to Edsa Central.

During that time, nakatingin ako sa taas, looking for possible hamog boyz na mambabato ng windshield. Sakit ng neck ko.

Cause of traffic? Yung mga riders na biglang bumalandra sa left lane para magsuot ng rain coat.
