Every single day I have to drag myself to work. I miss my old friends who left the company. Nakikita ko pa lang mukha ng mga bwisit dito, sira na araw ko![]()
oo nga mam c4u. why not venture na magnegosyo. if you don't build your dreams, someone will hire you to help them build theirs
I don't know where to go. Puro BPOs na kasi ngayon and I don't want to work on shift. But the main reason is I am afraid that if I leave the company I will not find another boss as good as my boss now (may trauma na kasi ako sa terror boss). I just don't like my salary and the new people I work with kaya nagsu suffer na din attendance ko (late or absent). Hirap pala mag work kapag bwiset ka sa mga kasama mo![]()
I don't have enough capital for the business that I want.
try to apply as early as now.. madami din work na hindi BPO.. or kahit BPO you can apply as manager or HR..
try to apply and see what's there outside of your work..
What's wrong with BPO? Even big companies are basically BPO of the head office, isn't it?
Regarding your fears, you'll never find out if you won't try. There's no perfect workplace, you'll just need to find something with imperfections that you can live with.
you have to stop thinking about having a terror boss.. you can't control that.. just do your job well and even the shittiest boss wont be able to touch you..
Nothing wrong with BPO. I just don't wanna work on shift. Most BPOs are shifting kasi. Everything used to be perfect until people started leaving. I guess I can't stay stuck here forever![]()
I left my first job in one of my dream companies because of a terror boss. I was always sick (anxiety attacks and palpitations) so my family told me to resign na lang.
Thanks everyone for the advise, later when I come home I will start updating my CV na.
Bad trip ako, nagbibilang ng oras until dismissal...
Sige, bigyan mo ako ng copy ng CV mo. I know a couple of BPO and shared service top guys who can offer you a day shift job with charming bosses and flexi hours as long as you complete 8 hours a day.

Imo suck it up or leave.
You'll never know unless you leave the comfort zone.
Business or employment. Mas Madali employment but more fulfilling business.
Capital is always a question but in my opinion anyone can start small. Ano ba naman kumita ka ng 10k or a little more a month for a start and see where it takes you. After all, wala ka pa naman support na dependent.
Employment naman you can go anywhere that would hire you. I think you have enough experience to have the edge.
In the end, just choose one and take action. Fear of business or new employment opportunity will leave you stagnant.
Physical and mental health is still more important than pay or income. If you are not happy where you're at, there are always better alternatives. You only live once, better make good use of it.

Woke up this morning and received a cold surprise when I stepped into wet carpetting inside our bathroom. The toilet bowl shut off valve sprung a leak, which soaked the carpets and flooded the floor. I decided to replace all shut off valves inside and outside the house nalang.
Maynilad water pressure is weirdly strong these days. Not that I'm complaining, masarap mag car wash if one has strong water pressure.
