Bro, if you are a manager then you cannot claim OT pay but should be compensated through other means (time off or paid leaves). Otherwise, you are entitled to OT pay and premium.

I just dont get it why people are asked to work for 24hrs straight. It ia not right and there is only a certain amount of time where people can work optimally. Even people in the health industry na nagduduty sa hospital more than 24 hours straight anlabo. They very well should know that rest and sleep is vital for you to perform properly.

Next week leave ako! Hahaha

I just dont get it why people are asked to work for 24hrs straight. It ia not right and there is only a certain amount of time where people can work optimally. Even people in the health industry na nagduduty sa hospital more than 24 hours straight anlabo. They very well should know that rest and sleep is vital for you to perform properly.

Happens to me all the time pag nag bi-blink na ung gas. Pero nung pinagasan ko let's say 200 petot nagiging 3 bars! Dami pa pala nun.

Usually may reserve naman ang gas tanks pero i think its a bad habit na inaantay mo mag warning.

I was on an out of town assignment before and yung sasakyan namin nag low fuel warning na. Sabi ng driver ok pa may reserba naman. But we had to go to this inclined road and park. Ayun pag pa start na ayaw na magstart. Kasi yung reserve fuel sa tanke nagmove sa other side of the apace due to the angled position of the vehicle. Kamot ulo si driver. He had to walk 2km to buy gasoline hehe.

I treat my half-empty fuel tank as the new empty. Di sya lumalampas sa kalahati ;)

Bad trip! No alcohol for the past 5 days because of the antibiotics I am taking for my cough.

Di mo ba alam na alcohol is good for cough. Ako pag may ubo, shot kaagad ng scotch yan or brandy. :D

Pwede kang mag claim ng OT kung hindi management ang job level mo. Pwede mong reklamo sa DOLE kung ayaw kang bayaran. Kung tatanggalin ka naman dahil nagsumbong ka sa DOLE pwede mo naman silang kasuhan ng ilegal termination.

Wala pa ako nabibili na induction stove kaya wala pa din cooking pans na brand new. Next na lang yun pero sunnex yung binibili namin na may teflon.

Sa stove hindi pa ako sure sa brands na okay eh but kung may Dowell or Imarflex puwede na. Mahal sa Lazada kasi kaya ayw ko bumili pa online. Wait na lang sa Rob or handyman magkaroon siguro nang new stocks.
