Gatchalian Subd in LPC does that... Their area is strategic as you have access/entrance-exit to Naga Rd, Canaynay Ave leading to ZapAlabRd, Sucat Rd, C5 extension leading to Fr.DCera Ave and RiverDrive,- all "major roads" in the city.

1 16GB Ram memory module in my desktop started tossing faults. I found out only because the desktop would randomly reboot without warning every few minutes (classic sign of bad RAM).

Now i have to buy a new pair and its gonna cost 10k uggghhhh.

The previous admin of our subd always called for help because we were always running a deficit from collections daw. Then came a new admin, imagine our surprise that they declared that gate collections alone were sufficient to cover our street lighting costs, plus may 3M pa na surplus!

SWS: Number of jobless adults reaches record-high 45.5%

Is this true? Does that mean half of the people I see outside have no jobs? Maybe something I'm not understanding here, as this is too high.

Yeah, wala din akong kilalang jobless, except for me and my colleagues, but it was our choice to leave.

    45.5% I would imagine anarchy

it limited the survey to adults. "adult" was defined as one who was 18 years old and above.
last Christmas, the jobless rate was 17%. 7.9 million of the then 45 million labor force was jobless.
in july 2020, the jobless rate is 45%. that means, 27.3 million or 45% of the now 60 million labor force in july 2020, are jobless. apparently, in the 7 months from december 2019 to july 2020, 15 million had joined the labor force.

assuming all the new 15 million labor force hadn't been able to get jobs for whatever reason, that means that 4.4 million lost their jobs between Christmas and July 2020, probably as a result of covid.

    personally, i find it credible.
just imagine the food business.. the mall.. the personal contact business.. travel business.. sports and related support activities..
and these are just the ones we are aware of...

    my simplistic analysis.
