I was actually smiling a bit as bf is now allowing cars with valid stickers, (and friendship route?) to pass through.
But then they swapped the queue at the Concha Cruz entrance from ZapAlab Rd with just a small notice at the mouth of the gate... First time to pass during this cq, so I failed to notice it. Besides, our lane was moving faster... Got delayed by about 10 minutes as I waited for cars without valid stickers in front of me....
