and yes, physicians always want to have more concrete evidence than just symptoms. call it professional curiosity.

No worries bro. It happened decades ago and I'm sure my lola is happy where she is now. I guess it was more of ignorance on the effect of rabies. She lived with her eldest child who took care of her and they resorted to traditional medicines.

Sorry to hear what happened BBG. When I was young, I got bitten by my own pup on the wrist and my lola just dabbed it with vinegar and pressed garlic on the wound. Wala man lang vaccine and they say that pups have concentrated rabies on them. Ten years daw lalabas ang symptoms kung meron. Thanks to my lucky star it's been more than 10 years na wala naman. Unless hair loss is a sign. :D

Better safe than sorry so have the complete dose. Hope you will be okay.

Saang branch yan sir? Ganyan din experience ko sa LTO Makati eh. Mga bandang 10:30 yata ako dumating dun sa LTO at pag-ikot ko sa mga emission testing centers, puro cutoff na daw sila. Tinuro ako nung isa mama sa labas ng LTO sa Summit Auto Care Zone, along Chino Roces tabi ng BAIC Makati. Tanghali na ko dumating pero nakaabot pa ko. Dami pa sumunod na dumating sakin pero nakaabot pa sila. Natapos ko pa rin nung araw na yun yung renewal ko.

cut-off as to number of cars tested per day per testing facility.
"if you do more than X cars per Y-hour work day, it means you are not doing it right."
can anyone corroborate this?

I think the test itself lasts 5 minutes? Tapos encoding say 5 minutes din. Tapos may nakita kong note na yung machine to test gas vehicles should rest for at least 15 minutes after every test to get accurate results.

LTO Makati did not do any visual inspection when I renewed. When I got my form, I was told to go look for a certain person outside the office for vehicle inspection. Found the guy and gave my form. He wrote my vehicle details based from the CR and ticked some check boxes. After that, pa-emission na daw ako.
