    pwede ba gawin dahilan ...
    di na receive messages sa viber (na lagi sya online dito dahil ito main means of communication nya sa work and friends)
    di nag return ng phone calls (isa lang naman phone nya) ?
    di pa sila nagkakausap nun friend nya na nag rereply sayo (pero may picture sa fb na nag coffee sila same day na nagtatawag ka) ?
    nakalimutan lang ?

    It can get warm in the US midwest during the summer. As hot as the Philippines but it is not humid. Not to mention, you get around 16 hours of sunlight during the summer (6am to 10pm).

    Sabi nung friend ko sa akin nung na meet nya ako sa Chicago, "halos lahat ng Pinoy kakilala ko pumuputi dito sa US, ikaw lang ata yung sunog". Mina maximize ko yung araw eh, 3x a week maglaro tapos sometimes 2 rounds of golf in a day (morning at twilight). Hehehehe

    Diba merong +/- 5kph rule? or hindi ba applicable dito?

    Kaya if you're planning to break the speed limit, might as well go all the way and enjoy it.

    Besides, you'll pay the same fine and who knows you might even end up in their hall of fame.

    from what i understand, stretching it to 120 is an arbitrary decision on the part of the enforcer.
    he could have stuck to 100 and penalized anybody who went beyond it.

    Local speed enforcers on the expressways do offer the leniency to allow motorists to speed up to 120kmh. Anything faster, you get a ticket. I read somewhere before that their speed guns have a correction factor and they make an allowance of sorts.

    Yung speed limit lang ata sa Commonwealth at Macapagal yung strict ang enforcement sa 60kmh. Kahit yung sa NAIAX, mayrun din kunting allowance but over 70kmh, sigurado huli ka.
