Ordered something from shopee. Paid for it with my cc as there was no COD option. Item got stuck for days with ninjavan's sorting hub. After several followups with the courier, they said they're returning it to the sender because of bad packaging. I messaged the seller as well and told them na file na ako for refund dahil last day na ng shopee guarantee at last chance ko na na humingi ng refund (otherwise shopee will consider it a done deal na).

Now I filed for refund and the seller is contesting my complaint saying they shipped the item and they have proof.

An'tanga lang ng seller eh wala naman akong sinabi na hindi nila pinadala ang item. Ang sabi ko sa kanila tinag as "return to sender" ng ninjavan dahil may problema sa pagkaka-pack nila. Ambobo, kainis.

Dami ko na purchase na COD kung kelan gumamit ako ng CC ngayon pa nagkaganitong issue..

good as sold na sa kanila siguro
so far puro COD lang talaga ako.
COD pa lang problematic na delivery nila eh
i prefer ninjavan and black arrow over 2go.
2go package palang di ko nakuha delivery dahil ayaw nila sa time window na binigay ko. ayaw din makipag compromise kung ano pwede gawin para makuha ko package.

Looks like it's extinct. Lol. Wala ako pasalubong since I will pay for everything, But she did send me a balikbayan box last month ( before I disappointed her). I'm just not used to this

Bad tint job on my fortuner, daming scratches, pinalitan ko kasi ng lighter shade yung sa front windshield, tapos pag tangal ng old tint ay natanggal din yung rfid sticker ng LTO 🤬, di ko napansin, pag uwi ko na lang tsaka ko nakita.
