If he can still walk he's ok...the 1st to 3rd day is the most painfull..pero if his body is not used to the punishment of lifting heavy...have it check na..if you pulled something and youre used to working out, recovery is faster at may mga supporting muscles that take the blunt of the initial stress...buttom line...sasabihin din ng ng doc, pahinga mo muna yan..

thanks bro. i'm definitely feeling much better and much more pliant after being turned into a pretzel by the masseuse yesterday. just in time for a probable freebie ticket for the 1st game of the championship series later on. but the pain is still there though , especially after spending some time sitting on a chair.

actually bro, the irony is i injured my back not while lifting weights. it happened
while i was doing "planting rice" drills (in preparation for our alumni basketball league). i do that and plyometric squats in between sets to maximize the time and also to really sweat it out.

i'm not sure if it's proper but i've been doing that routine for quite some time na din.
