Ridiculous commercial and industrial rates for water. Napapaisip nga ako dati kung worth it ba mag store and filter ng rainwater since malaki naman yung bubong ng mga warehouse. Decided against it as it would mean more maintenance. Solar panels ang pinagiisipan ko ngayon kung sulit.

Hirap din mga tenants na small business ngayon paps. Matumal kahit yung mga food stalls. Ang malakas lang yata ngayon mga thrift store at ukay.

Ok naman yung mga tenants comm namin...yung lotto at yung 2 bodegas lang pinaka bago ....most if not all lampas ng 10 years....iniisip ko nga mag andoks, corner kasi yung pwesto namin..

To cut the story short, I watched at Ifixit how to repair it and so i did, I repaired the button, yes! but the display got burned when i heated the adhesive with a hair dryer

Well, it was dead anyways.

I was going to fix it, but I will still have problems with the touch screen which doesn't respond when wet.

I hate it when I still have to explain to my users the concept of emails "To" and "CC" field. I still have to explain why they are not getting the email (because their name is not on the to or cc field). I wish they would hire someone with at least common sense on computer technology.

In the past, I've had my credit cards being illegally used 8 times. The fraud department was quick and canceled the card immediately. I was issued a new one, one after another. lol

I had a close encounter with them. I was at a trade fair in China and I happen to meet someone from Africa. We exchanged cards and he was interested in setting up a business here. It was a short talk. I didn't take any interests in it. So, after a month, I got a call and he introduced himself as Senator whatever his name was. So, we talked and he asked me if I could help him open a bank account for him. He told me I would get 25% of USD25 million. It was hard to believe. But, I played along calling him Mr. Senator and such. I told him to fax his details so I could open an account especially for this transaction and have the money wired. He told me he was politically prosecuted in his country because of an oil contract and he is fleeing the country with his wife and three kids. But, he didn't call up again because I think he knows I know it's pure bovine excrement.

I just have to let this out because I do not want to discuss this with my family and friends. My ex does not have a credit card because he has not worked a day in his life for the past 20 years. His parents probably do not trust him enough with an extension so he asked me to pay for his online purchases using my card. I told him to deposit the amount to my account. Nag over limit na nga ko sa CC ko and I told him my salary is not enough to cover for my CC so I cannot make abono. Due date comes and I ask him if he deposited the payment and he tells me there were too many people at the bank that he does not want to line up!

Gusto ko talaga mag basag ng gamit ngayon. I am so mad with this attitude that he is showing me. How can a middle aged 40+ yr old guy be so lazy and irresponsible. I swear to God I am cutting ties with him permanently after this. If there is one thing I hate, it's money issues. I wonder what my Dad would think if he knew that I was with a loser Buti sana kung teenagers at 20 somethings kami. But good grief, he is almost 50. No job, savings or property in his name. He does not even have the initiative to learn their family business and I am quite sure that his sibling will be taking over when his parents are gone. I wonder what will happen to him. And I don't know why he feels no embarrassment that his siblings and friends are so successful tapos siya sa bahay lang. And THIS is why I am so glad that I NEVER introduced him as my BF to my family and friends.

I am NEVER NEVER NEVER dating a guy who I think will change. Because people never change His parents should not have sent him to la salle and CRC because that money was such a waste. He spends his time reading, watching movies, playing games and working out. Pwede nga kahit hindi na nag college e.

Sometimes I want to talk to someone who is familiar or knows the history of my friends or family kaya siya kinakausap ko. I've known him for 14 yrs. That is his only benefit. And that is one benefit I see with married or in a relationship persons, you always have a sounding board or companion. His Mom also travels a lot and buys pasalubong for me until now kaya may contact pa kami.

And then he wonders why in all our years together, he never even got a real kiss from me.I have no libido daw. Sino ba naman matu turn on sa jobless? Hihimatayin yun if he had any idea how hot I was for someone else. Papano naman kasi opposite niya!
