Actually sa zombie movie ko na-realize kung bkit need ko matuto magdrive..dhl naisip q panu pag nanjan na cla, survival of the fittest, tapos hnd ka mrunong magdrive? Panu mo cla matatakasan..juz a weird realization haha

I really dont know how many boxes. Pero I think I now have accumulated 3/4 of a full file cabinet of canned goods. Everytime kasi may rebates, gcs, or points ako sa mga purchases,
I spend it all on corned beef and spam sa grocery.

As in pag nasa grocery kami ng wife ko, i unstruct her na hiwalayain yun other groceries like her napkins, tissues, bread, cheese butter sa ibang purchase.

Basta GC, sodexo or whatever, ang bibilhin lang corned beef or spam.

My wife says im weird pero. Look at it this way, in case something happens, zombie attack, natural disaster And we dont have food to eat. We have corned and spam and sasabihin ko sa kanya libre yan food na yan, rebates lang yan eh oh pero we can surivive like a year of canned food during a zombie attack.

Eh yun iba magluluto pa, eh nagtatago ka nga sa zombie, boarded lahat ng windows mo, ang dali kumain can opener lang , masarap pa spam. minsan tocino, teriyaki, garlic, spicy.


What is the purpose of this exercise? We are all saving money to buy the best car, best smartphone, best home appliances, the best house. In going thru our fast paced life, we take for granted the little things like P500 P1000 Gift certificates and just spend it on whatever.

Pero ako i put it to good use, something that can buy time for us to extend our survival in case of an apocalyptic event..

Watch walking dead, dami nakatambak ng bmw, mustang sa kalsada, dami houses sira sira ng zombie saka barilan nila. And Rick, Mishone snd the rest of the gang so happy if they find a placefull of canned goods.

Don't all families stock up on food supply? Hassle naman to go to the grocery every time you need something. We do major grocery every x number of weeks. Yung weekly it's only for bread or whatever we feel like eating na wala sa stock. We also have an upright freezer to stock up on meat. Dad ko kasi akala mo may apocalypse na mangyayari. Lol.

why not give the canned goods sa needy if let say in 1 or 2 months mag-expire na yung items and you think na hindi niyo ma-consume in time. check it out bago i-replenish yung food stocks kasi sayang naman yung food if it go to waste lang. i think its not that bad naman at hindi pa naman expired yung food.

gaya na lang ng cooking oil na gamit na gamit sa kusina. may makikita ka na magtyaga bumili ng nakalagay sa supot ng ice candy kada magluluto. tho we can't say they cannot afford to buy in bulk like the most of us here doing but how come they can afford to buy those unnecessary things first instead. bulagsak? idk

Yup. I hate running out of stock. Waste of time and money pa yung labas ng labas para bumili. Although, I do enjoy going to the grocery kaya almost everyday dumadaan din ako hahaha.

you dont need to worry on expired canned goods kasi nga kung apocalypse, wala ka na choice kungdi kainin yun kung wala na makain and besides they seem to enjoy it in the movies after finding canned goods na sobrang alikabok. better than eating rats exposed to radiation or T virus
