Di na affected sa mga galit na customer. Para bang kasalanan pa nila na nawalan ng service. Non apologetic

This is one of the reasons why I considered moving abroad. Consumers are at the mercy of corporations and customer service is non existent here.

You can install the folded tires right away, out from the box. It may looked deformed, but it's not. Deformities can only be known when you pump it up with air and you spin it. I installed mine with brute force with my bare hands. No plastic levers needed as I think it will scratch the rim. Some tires are really tight and is a pain installing. But, with enough patience and once you get the right technique, it will pop right in. Practice makes perfect.

yeah the most important technique is to make sure the rest of the bead are sitting on the recessed part of the rim. this'll enable you to have enough slack to pop the last part of the bead inside

Yup. Iba talaga dito. The least they could do is automatically process the rebate for the period of lost service when you inform them. But no. You still have to do that yourself. Sa tagal ng process papabayaan mo na lang kasi di naman worth your time.

I think one or more of PLDT's service providers have been prevented by DOLE to provide services to PLDT, until their employees have been regularized (maybe their call center is contracted to another company). I tried calling their hotline last weekend, to no avail (2+ hours on hold, no answer).

I just downloaded their Android App here, signed up using my PLDT account, requested for service, and got dial tone + net service restored in less than 12 hours. Maybe you could try that route, if you like.

My officemate said, he transferred to GLOBe after the unfortunate event na nangyari sa mga contractor... same monthly dues, 2800 pero 100mbps speed unlike daw sa pldt na 50mbps lang.... he lives in marikina and prior tohis transfer two weeks siya walang inet at dial tone...

Thinking of having globe na rin kasi puno na fiber sa lugar namin.... hmmm....

The issue started Saturday evening. We have 3 lines at home (mine, my cousin's, my mom's), and my line (just mine, the other 2 were fine) went kaput, no dial tone, no DSL. Tried calling the 171 hotline, got fed up, Googled alternate ways to get in touch, then found the app. I logged in (I already had an existing online account with PLDT) and reported my issue. By the time I woke up Sunday morning, the issue was fixed. I did not receive any call from PLDT, though.

As a side note, I added my mom's and my cousin's account to the app, so I can use it to report any future issues.

From Makati heavy traffic sa Osmena bound to Nagtahan ako, sinunod ko rerouting ni waze.

Pinasok ako sa san andres area, mga looban / side streets. Although madami taking the route probably lahat kame naka waze, ayun 1.5hr kami bago nakalabas ng main road ulit. Tinyaga ko na lang sana yung Osmeņa.

    Badtrip.

That is why waze sucks. Palaging ang detour nyan is sa looban na alanganin.
I only trust the inbuilt car gps or google maps.
