One of my condo's was "turned over" to me yesterday by Alveo. This is in Serendra 2. Its a 2br unit in Sequioa. They need not have bothered. The craftsmanship of the finishings was beyond despicable, the unit was clearly unfinished, the paint was still wet, and it was not clean at all. What a waste of time considering the development was delayed already.

Consuelo de bobo lang are that the location is AAA, the view is pretty and the ammenities are kick ass. Im gonna have to do major work on it.

That sucks. Am surprised even at that level construction disappoints. Please don't get any Korean tenants. Unless you want to get an aged, derelict look. 🙂

Not a corner unit. I think the corner units in Sequioa are only 3br versions.

Yes i did get 1 parking space . Will use the ammenities first while i dont have any tenants hehe.

I've been attempting to install my new bike tires (with embedded Kevlar) without success because it's a tight fit. I don't want to risk breaking my plastic mounting tools. So, I weighed them (the tires) down first. ;)

By the time we get back from our road trip, the tires should conform better to the rims.

Deformed? Yes. The tires were rolled up tight and in a small box. I made the mistake of installing them right away. So now, I'm making sure the tires are in the proper shape first.

those are kevlar bead tires, right? aka "folding" tires. you don't need to weigh them down w/ books. you should be able to install them w/ bare hands or w/ just a little help from your tire levers
