I withdrew from a BPI atm this morning and pressed for 10k, only 1k was dispensed. I immediately called my wife to check what registered online and thankfully, it was only 1k. I checked the screen again and i was sure i pressed 10k because it was located topmost while the 1k was at the bottom.

^This is the reason why I don't use ATM. Not sure whether there is a receipt, but, it should have 1k printed on it.

That also added to my anxiety coz the atm was not dispensing receipts at that time.

diba mag notify din ang bpi thru email every time may withdrawal sa account at 5 - 10K(nga ba) up?

Ayaw na ng bpi app sa phone ko, hindi na daw supported Anyway, I just go to the website.

Happened to me many times, balance inquiry agad ako kapag di tama ang na-idispense na pera.

Nag balance inquiry nga rin ako agad kaso, I forgot how much I should have in my balance.

I don't have data on my phone and even if i had, I don't like to install the BPI app because it can transfer money to any account.

Pag-uwi ko nakita ko sa email ko hehe... pero ung 10k lang, which I made after I confirmed the 1k anomaly, i guess they do have a minimum amount for notification. Actually dapat meron din sa phone na sms notification.

Pde ba foreign mobile number ma register to receive the OTP, i always forget to switch to roaming my local sim. And had change sim many times, hassle pa lagi tawag to change mobile number.

Ayoko ng transfer to anyone. Pag no choice ako, nakiki transfer ako sa BFF ko and then I pay her the cash equivalent.

The app is in the phone, somebody steals your phone and was able to hack your bpi account and makes a transfer, BPI will send an OTP to your phone held by the hacker

Pag transfer to anyone you apply sa branch and activated pa sa ATM. At least that's how it was before.

Di rin nagpapapasok na sa mrt mahaba din ang pila. Hanggang hagdan nung chineck ko. Nakakainip din mag antay.
Pag umulan talaga sa rush hour, talagang hassle lahat nang tao.


Silver lining nalang is naka more 10k steps ako this day. Heheheh

Thats with the old app, naglabas ng bagong app ang BPI that doesnt require activation sa ATM, mag se send lang ng one time pin sa cellphone mo.

I just used my original user name and password from the old app. Gumana naman. Try mo. Btw, unlike sa old app na inquiry lang pag fingerprint login, dito sa new app any transaction na.
