Afaik, you get delisted from the voters list if you don't vote in 2 consecutive elections. You can always register again.

2 dapat. So if you miss the barangay this year, may midterm elections pa next year. If you vote there, qualified ka pa rin for the presidential elections in 2022.

But if you miss both barangay and midterm elections, kailangan mo magregister uli for the next presidential elections.

Same complaint of my childhood BFF. Kulit daw parents niya. My Mom is not kulit but I get so frustrated when she doesn't believe what I say and has to hear it from other people.
