i said "it's not my judgement" coz you called me judgemental
That is too judgemental of you. Kung bibili ng LV social climber agad?
i'm not the one who put LV right in the middle of the luxury heirarchy
You missed the point dude. I was referring to you own classification of sosy and social climber in the context of buying LV products. I bet it was your own judgement.
With apologies to the seafarers whose wives were considered social climbers.

That pyramid is also subjective.
Erwan Rambourg, the guy who made the pyramid, probably isn't a true watch enthusiast. Rolex in the same league as Tag? Panerai and IWC higher than Rolex, and same level as Patek? Haha.
Then he says that accessible brands are less appealing? There's a 10 year waiting line for a ceramic Daytona if you buy from an AD. You can easily get a Luminor at SRP anywhere.
Pyramid of luxury brands - Business Insider
It's about as bad as this one:
While I agree that LV is an overexposed brand and many people are pushing the envelope of luxury even further, I'm just pointing that the pyramid is subjective.

No offense bro, but honestly I was about to ask the same question bro dream did..i just couldnt see the the definition of sosy and social climber in the diagram..

Lol, it's my fault.
Come on, mature na tayo. Don't drag whoever owns an LV bag in your fam or anyone for that matter sa usapan natin.
If you know for yourself na your mom is not a social climber and gifts niyo sa kanya yung bag niya, then no need to drag her sa usapan natin. [emoji4]
BTT: the topic i started here is posting or flaunting your wealth/moneysa socmed is so classless.

My take on LV.
It has become a luxury utilitarian brand - meaning it serves its purpose well enough be it a bag, wallet, luggage, or belt while being luxurious at the same time.
Just don't go around showing off your LV bag or waving your LV wallet in the air cause it just looks so tacky and trashy. - this applies to all luxury brand btw, naka bottega nga, asal palengkera naman. Lol
