Bad trip yung bago naming VP, napaka beta. Pag nage escalate ako ng issue, he does not know what to do! Ayaw ng confrontation with upper management! Sa former VP namin, I don't even need to escalate anymore. Ako pa pumipigil na no need to escalate

Had it checked. Had an MRI scan too.

I was put on stroke protocol actually. Everything ready in case anything happens.

Good thing the MRI results are negative. Only my BP is quite high. Need more sleep.

BP when i arrived at hospital was 150/90.

They had me checked again. In the afteenoon, it was about 140/100.

Doctor told me everything is fine. Could be caused by anxiety. They also gave me anti vertigo meds just in case.

Isn't that hypertensive na? Once you reach 150 alam ko hypertensive na e. They did not give you medications?

The hilo! Nagkaa numbness kasi ako sa left foot kaya mejo kinabahan ako.

They are observing muna if i can get away without taking meds. Kasi once you start it, you'll be dependent on it na daw according to them.

Kunin muna sa diet and exercise.
