    Not really bad trip but I'm afraid of what will happen to me when our current VP in Manila leaves. I can feel she is very worry about me and starting to be strict with me because her replacement is strict

    I am not used to strict bosses Matandang dalaga pa naman yung papalit sa kanya at super strict and detailed daw. I resigned in my first job because of a matandang dalaga boss who made my life a living hell (I suffered anxiety attacks mimicking heart attacks so my Mom let me quit my job) This former boss of mine was forced to resign din kasi sobra taas ng attrition ng staff niya.

    Ayoko talaga sa babae na boss or ka work. I even told my former manager na wag na mag hire ng babae. Enough na ko at yung bff ko. Nag agree naman. Kasi ma drama naman talaga pag babae. Parang yung isang team samin puro babae, puro tampuhan at back stabbing.

    Exception lang yung current VP namin sa Manila na kasundo ko because she just lets me do whatever I want hehehe.

    Mas okay na boss ang lalaki kasi hindi nagagalit saka yes lang ng yes hahaha

    I was friends with my direct manager back then. I told him the reasons why we should not hire females anymore and he agreed with my reasoning naman I had the best time during those years. Our team was a barkada and I looked forward to Mondays back then.

    Unfortunately, that direct manager of mine had to resign because of the malicious people at the office spreading rumors about him. He is in a much better company now (FMCG). These are the same people that made bad comments about me (suplada etc) but that did not affect me.

    My German boss just says yes to me. He gets really concerned when I am crying or mad. Maawain e haha
