Well, looks like I’m off for a longer than expected Xmas break but I’m quite desperate to find a replacement job by mid-January already. My funds can only last so long...

If management has enough proof that you have been given due process, yet performance has not improved, try to offer a compromise. You will voluntarily resign in return for a separation package, or at least a fair severance pay.

Not sure if you remember but we have a staff that management is desperate to get rid off. Hindi nila mahanap hanapan ng butas. Ang hirap pala magpa alis ng unwanted employee sa Pilipinas.

BTT: Di ko alam kung maiinis ako o matatawa sa all around namin. Nagkabit ng xmas lights, nasa bakod sa likod ng mga halaman. E di hindi rin kita

Yes, I remember that case. Labor is always on the side of the employee as the company is deemed to be in a position of power and influence. Management would rather have the employee "voluntarily" resign than making the first move. Of course, if the evidence is strong, management has the upper hand and can terminate the employee on the spot. It requires lots of documentation though and repetitive counseling. Pero if naka email na ung mga reminders and reprimands, at naka cc ang HR, kabahan ka na.

A while ago, yung express elevators sa SM Aura nagpapasakay ng tao na hindi naman didiretso ng Skypark 5th and 6th floor. Pati sa pagbaba ganon din. Sana dina lang ako nag "express" elevator. Walang iniba ang length ng ride

my pet peeve naman with sm marikina. kailangan mo talaga mag elevator pababa sa parking mula sa supermarket level dahil may dala kang push cart.
ang problema palaging maraming sumasakay sa elevator na wala naman bitbit or hindi naman mga physically disabled/seniors samantalang ilan hakbang lang naman at nandoon na ang escalators mula sa elevator, mga nagjo-joy ride lang yata ang mga lekat.
kaya matatagalan ka talaga maghintay para makasakay. next trip ka na lang kadalasan
