    kaya kami lagi nag-iincrease sa rent sa tenanat namin para lagi napapalitan, tapos yun bago halos ganun din naman ang binibigay namin old rent. that's one way to know if your tennant is still afloat in business. wala ka ba sec dep kuya big, kahit 3 months dapat meron. pag ginamit nila sec dep, automatic na yun paalis na sila in 3 months

    depends on the contract...1 month lang ang allowance ko, so di magalaw yung deposit...good thing sa comm space, pag la nang revenue, umaalis ng kusa...problem 2 yung units...one office space, yung isa bodega

    meron deposit, pero thats for utility bills na naiwan...at damages to the unit

    Habang tumatawid pauwi sa pedestrian lane, yun mga 4 wheel tumigil para magbigay; mga mc pilit parin at muntik ako tamaan, di na tadyakan dahil nagulat ako. Yun truck (6 wheeler) coming from behind, sa naunan kotseng tumigil para patwirin ako eh nag swerve sa kanan at pilit akong inunahan. Sa bwiset ko hinampas ko ng kamay ko yung malaking side mirror. Bahala na sya magpaliwanag sa amo nya kung bakit basag side mirror nya at basag din yata yung driver side window. Bwiset nagtyaga ako mag intay kung kailan pwede tumawid ng ayos, tapos sasagasaan ka pa.

    ah okey so bali nasa fighting mode (fight or flight) ka na nun truck kasi nun sa motor na freeze ka muna sa gulat, tapos habang iimagine mo na sana tinadyakan mo yun motor, binuhos mo galet mo dun sa side mirror ng truck, pero afterwards hindi ka na sure kung nabasag mo na din driver side window kasi nagdilim na paningin mo
