yes, those are poison, research where canola oil comes from, try using coconut or minola(lauric) oil nalang..

ah didnt know that. all the while i thought canola was the best of the bunch as there were claims it lowers cholestorol. googled it now qnd there are opposite findings, good and extremely bad! which is which kaya talaga? 3yrs na kami canola pa nman. what about olive oil? dont like the taste of olive oil in fried food. so better pa pala minola...

well, i only use butter when cooking my food( i cook my own, iba ang food ko sa house) my wife uses oil from bacon, pure coconut oil or minola, lauric oil is made from coconuts, sa olive oils, the good ones are too expensive, cheaper ones medyo sablay yung quality..

when i was living in sucat, it was a mere 10mins from lopez to ssh via jeep..yes it was in the 80s, greenheights to st paul was 15mins tops...the fare was 75 cents

Parang natatandaan ko nung 80s yung toll card parang black and white (PNCC ata) na mail envelope size cardboard. Piso piso lang toll that time ata.
