Stiff neck today. Was in traffic fof about 7 hrs yesterday because i had to go to opposite sides of the metropolis multiple times. Ugggh.
Yeah cathy, switch to fiber. DSL isnt bad but there can be many reasons why your connection doesnt work. Half the time its your in-house wiring and endpoints that have degraded. The providers have no control over that. Many customers never realize this.

maybe kuya...if he's from imus and if your pal is in his 50s, he's the son of my friend, a old big guy in his 70s, i used to go to their house when paying taxes coz its near cityhall, we shoot ipsc together, i know him from competing out of town weekly before, i hope he is still ok...maybe he's in his 80s now.

Maybe try this bro.
Amazon.com: Zyllion ZMA13BK Shiatsu Pillow Massager with Heat for Car, Home, or Office (Black): Health & Personal Care
Wanted to try these shiatsu massage inserts but I hardly go on any long trips anymore so decided against it.
It's weird because PLDT said they will just change my wifi router and our phone number will not change? My ex had to give up their landline of over 20 yrs when they switched to fiber.
I think our landline has a problem, that's what PLDT says everytime I complain that I lose my internet when it's raining. Maingay landline namin pag umuulanSo I'm thinking that my connection will still be bad if there is still an issue with our landline.
In house wiring for the phone? Extensions? Our wifi used to be in my room and the extension there was just installed by our all around help. I moved the wifi to the main PLDT box/connection(?) so it doesn't pass the extension anymore but I still lose my connection when it rains![]()
Sorry i meant your in house copper wiring is already corroded and old. The PLDT connection still has to go thru your inhouse wires. Maybe that could be the culprit or they may need to change your modem.
But if you can get fiber go for it. Yes your landline number will change if you get fiber. No solution for that.

That's why I find it weird that the PLDT person who called me said that I don't need to change my landline. I asked her multiple times and she assured me that my landline will be the same. She does not know what she is talking about ataBaka mamaya I agree to fiber tapos biglang paltan landline
My Mom will never agree to change our landline, and I don't want also because it's almost identical to my globe mobile hehehe.
You can retain your landline (and remove the DSL component) and get a separate fiber optic connection. But you must pay for both. Others just choose to disconnect their old line. Others keep both.
Pm me if you need assistance. I know a few peeps who can help

That's so nice of youThank you
I'll talk to my Mom about getting fiber.
I always get stressed out during rainy season because of my internet. My boss allowed me to change my working hours because I promised him I will login from home in case he needs anything from me.
Tapos kahapon I can't connect e he needed me to do something![]()
yung globe nga naglabas sila dati 10mbps pero 100GB ang cap, then pag naubos mo na yung 100GB, minimum 3mbps.. eto yung kinuha ko for 1,299.00, kasama phone with unli calls to globe/tm mobile..
tapos ngayon iba na ulit ang plan nila.. for the same price, 5mbps na lang pero 300GB ang cap.. pag naubos yung cap walang minimum ang speed.. parang mas maganda pa din yung sa akin kasi 10mbps.. and pag naubos 100GB minimum 3mbps..
Ano yung kasamang phone?

May cap ba fiber? I don't download naman, yung current ko 5 mbps lang ata. Hind naman nagla lag sa youtube.
Dati meron ako globe net and landline paid by the office, I rarely used globe. Yung PLDT pa rin ginagamit ko kasi lan.
Pagtitipid ng office namin, tinanggal na yung net and landline. Personal internet na namin if we want to WFH
