seriously, many more humans than we imagine (8% of the males, daw), have some amount of color-blindedness of varying degrees, from slight to severe.
it is the severe, that needs "special concerns". they can't read the analog red-greens of the traffic lights.

I cannot remember this image and it obviously has no number in it (at least for me). I recently had my license renewed last may and I was able to recognize all of the numbers from all of the pictures shown to me. Unless, iba iba rin ang pics nila for different branches?

Yun na nga bro. You would think in this competitive environment every peso counts. Ilang libo din nawawala sa kanila every time.

For me dapat may temporary ban na sa pag clear ng checks for people na X times na nagpaputok.

Do it enough times dapat banned ba sila from issuing checks completely.
