    As what bro.jigelow stated, purchase in USD and let BPI convert it for you when they charge your CC, rather than convert to PhP at the point of purchase ...

    your tire is repair-able pa sana...?
    last time we had a flat, 'twas a twisted, triangular piece of GI sheet, left by some careless worker. the tire was un-repair-able. gash was too long. buti na lang, cheap ang replacement oem tire.

    if you are going outtada country for "something important", you can request for special dispensation from the DFA.
