around 6pm; from cainta going to villamor was quite fast pero tukod ang traffic sa c5 north bound from mckinley hanngang kalayaan na.
sa c6 na ako pinadaan ng waze pabalik,,,,halos 1 oras lang ang byahe pero grabe naman lubak at putik. para lang naman nag-araro sa bukid ang itsura ng oto.

pagbigyan nyo na. rest with the thought that:
1. maybe one of them is really PWD. not all of these guys sport a crutch or cemented leg.
2. baka prelude lang ito sa tunay na pagka-pwd nila. heh heh.

a few years ago, i did encounter one such park-er. sabi niya, "gabi na, e".

Happens a lot of times, bro.

There are times na nilalapitan ko ang nasa sasakyan at sinasabi ko sa kanilang PWD parking iyon,- tapos tinatawag ko na rin ang guwardiya... Napapaalis din naman...

Pero nuong minsan,- buntis DAW ang asawa niya... E pag tinignan mo,- walang tiyan/puson.... Mahirap na lang ituloy ang argumento.... Pati iyong gwardiya napangiti na lang...

Seriously, dapat ay mag-issue na sila ng PWD cards na inilalagay sa windshield ng mga sasakyan para ma-identify na PWD nga ang sakay or driver....

At huwag abusado ang mga kababayan natin... Again,- pag nasa ibang bansa ang mga iyan- takot silang lumabag ng batas!

My Uncle looks normal but he is PWD (knee operation) Alam ko pag bagong bypass PWD din.

I'm not justifying their apparent dick move and I look at these douches with perhaps as much disdain as you pero iniisip ko na lang that not all disabilities are of the mobility kind (lumpo/pilay) nor visible.

My wife has a friend whose kid developed a mental disability due to a stroke as a baby. The kid appears normal and healthy with just a hint of impaired movement but is actually considered a PWD. People with kidney problems can't walk long distances sa parking (so they need a PWD slot) but appear normal to an outside observer.

Sa Metro Alabang,- nag-park sa PWD,- malaki ang katawan at pagbaba,- lakad pilay ang supot na mokong...

Tapos,- pagka-akyat ng walkalator,- diretso na ang lakad ng bvrat....

Kapal mukha.... Mabuti na lang hindi ako opisyales ng gobyerno,- kung nagkataon, nagpakilala ako at pinalamon ko sa kanya ang kanyang parking ticket.

Kapag ba 80+ pwede na sa PWD? Lola ko kasi owns a wheelchair. She uses it when malling (she gets tired and faster than using her cane)

You are a trusting person bro,- and we are skeptics...

We are fuming because they are stealing the parking slot from those who are rightfully entitled to it. And they're getting away from their action.

Pero, those are rare cases... And offenders are a majority....Lastly, a person can discern if there is something wrong with the occupant of a vehicle...

That is why a car ID is imperative to complement the person's actual condition.

My son is a PWD & we usually get a parking naman. But sometimes, puno ang PWD parking slot & I wonder if PWD talaga sila. Had 2 PWD stickers made na lang & put it in the front & back of wife's car.

somehow, someway i really doubt those 2 last night. they looked as sturdy as kalabaws and walked faster than them too

2 kaming patrons nasa pwd slot na halos sabay nag tutupi ng mga wheelchair bago umalis at talagang inantay pa iyong katabi ko lumarga.

this incident happened nga pala at the sm southmall basement parking area. looking back, dapat sinita or pinasita ko na lang pero ambilis gumalaw ng mr & miss mokongs eh

Naku bro. It really should be up to the building admin to enforce things like these. Just like it should be the government's business to discipline erring drivers. In other countries matitino naman mostly behavior ng lahat ng Pinoy. May nangsisita at nanghuhuli kasi. If it were up to any locals, "Ako muna bago iba" applies.

My teenage daughter destroyed our whistling kettle when she put a little water and left it to boil expecting the kettle to whistle. Well, it didn't when all the water evaporated. All the plastic parts melted away.

Intentional na yata yan eh. They make navigating through the tollgate so damn hard that vehicles will never pile up at the expressway exits (Longos or MIA road).

I was overtaking a car on its left side on a 4 lane wide provincial highway when a motorcycle coming from the outer side decided he had balls and went to the inner side and stopped directly ahead of where I was gonna pass. Had to brake to a complete stop tapos galit na galit pa yung biker even pointing at the road almost saying he had right of way. lol I don't get these peopke
