Are 90% of government employees really incompetent!?!?! This is so consistent! Call them and they do not answer the phone. Go to their office and they are nowhere to be found! Services are rarely delivered ahead of deadline! I only had good experience with the city hall and philhealth. The rest are Sh1t!

And they're bound to get salary increases, soon.......

Which would fold into 2-3 years of unpaid VLs when they resign/retire...

And which would also fold into their monthly pension, which is equivalent to the monthly average of their last 3 years of pay....

Hanapin mo during office hours,- "hindi pa dumarating", or "naka-break na", or "on OB", or "nakikipa-kuwentuhan somewhere at hindi mo maabala"

Exactly! The basic salary of government employees is small but they have so much allowance and bonus! So now even the basic salary will increase. I don't see any improvement im service though

And yes. Parating naka break! Either break or absent or nawawala! Ive seen govt employees having their nails done in the office during office hours at that!

I feel your pain bro. Tax mo pinapasuweldo sa kanila eh.

But really hirap na makakuha entry level grad na magaling para sa private copanies ngayon kasi karamihan gov't punterya. Kapag mag CS elgibility pa, magyayabang na hindi basta-basta matanggal. We need a salary increase for the private workers. Kaso affected bottomline na naman. tsk
