Uber ride i had earlier was a nightmare.

you can write to uber and they will investigate on the matter. they always reply naman. the moment you give the driver a 1 star rating, alam ko tatawagan ka na ng uber.

Palpak daw kasi si Mang Mar tapos pinagalitan si Doc Otep dahil siya ang nagmagandang loob mag share about Mang Mar sa tsikot.

Yesterday, i brought my car to my casa in Makati for a body repair. They said it will take about a week to finish. Also, it turned out that the repair will not be done in their shop. They need to move the car to their other branch in Manila. I asked the SA if it's okay to take the front plate with me as the repair will also include repainting of the car's front bumper. The SA agreed. I asked him if it will make any problem in transporting my vehicle, he said i don't need to worry and they will take care of it.
Then today, i received a call from them saying that my car is still in Makati and they can't move it to Manila because there's no plate number. He asked me if i can bring back the plate to their casa today..
Note: i live in QC..
Still trying to be polite, i told him that he said that will not be a problem. I asked him if there's really no other way for them to transport my vehicle as it's very inconvenient for me to go there today. He said he'll see what he can do.. i asked for updates but i never heard from him since..

Bakit kasi inuwi mo pa yung plates?

Baka pwede the rear plates be transferred muna sa front?

Tell your SA na siya kumuha ng plates mo since you cleared it with him/her na there will be no issues in transporting your car.

Actually, iniisip ko din yun ngayon, na sana nga iniwan ko nalang yung plates ko dun. Iniisip ko lang kasi para di nila masyado mabyahe yung sasakyan ko lalo na kung tapos na nila maayos. But the main thing here is he agreed. Kung sinabi naman nya na wag ko na tanggalin then hindi ko tatanggalin eh.

Just an update, i texted the other customer service agent for updates as the other one did not bother to update me.. the 2nd CSA said that my SA told her that he replied to my texts already for updates. Really trying to keep my cool here....as i did not receive anything from him even after 4 text messages.

Hirap lang uminit yung ulo habang kausap yung SA kasi baka di nila ayusin trabaho nila eh.

Around 830pm today, zap alab rd, west bound, intersection with alabang hills.... The TE stopped us with 45sec still on our green traffic light timer. Understandable since we should not block the intersection.

But with over 25sec left, our traffic started moving and so I crossed the intersection fully crossing the zebra zone with more than a vehicle to spare.... The TE got angry and tapped my rear window as I was crossing and so I waited for him to approach me as the traffic stopped again... I was wondering if he would charge me for not following his traffic direction. We moved some more giving space for the next five vehicles per lane, but still he would not let the other vehicles cross the intersection, even if it is still go... Until the traffic light turned red.

Btw, he let the vehicles coming out of Alabang hills to turn right claiming the freed road space.

Ooh well, the point is we have to keep the intersection open... However if he wants to override the traffic light, just turn it off... One more thing, he could let the other vehicles cross the intersection and stop the others when the intersection is about to get blocked... I should be getting a dash camera...

Spoke to one of the agents dun sa casa, and she told me na kelangan pa daw ako magbayad kung magpapadagdag ako ng gas (i brought the car kasi dun sa casa na almost empty, but enough for me to go to the nearest gas station from that casa) pero nilipat nga nila, so ngayon nga im not even sure kung makakabalik yun dun sa casa ko. If ever, baka sobrang sagad na yun. So i said, diba dapat ibalik nila yung nawalang gas, sabi nya nililipat lang naman daw nila para magawa nga daw yung pinaparepair ko. Pero for me kasi, di ko na kasalanan kung di nila kaya ayusin dun sa shop nila, dinala ko dun thinking na dun gagawin. Pero di nila kaya, so kelangan nila ilipat to my expense..sila nagdecide na ililipat yun, sila dapat gumastos ng panggas.

Tama ba na ganon isipin ko or sila ang tama at dapat magpasensya nalang ako? Hirap talaga maging mabait.. hehehe!

It's not the gas consumption ang issue dito, the issue that i see is pina-subcon nila yung repair ng kotse mo. Most likely hindi nila kaya gawin kaya dinala nila sa ibang talyer yung kotse, at papatong na lang sila dun sa charge ng talyer ng mga 30-40%. I know this cause, yung isang talyer na kilalala ko, binabagsakan cya ng casa malapit sa kanila.
