the stuff in mj stay in the body between 2 and 40 days. since these bind to the fat cells, drinking copious amounts of water before a test does squat, well all it really does is make you pee like a horse.
there are commercially available flushing liquids out there that claim to mask this signature with a cocktail of other substances to fool the test.

as with anything in this world, moderation and self-control are the key.
