Correct installation of a Certified Master Shingle Applicator is competent enough for this. One important tip for my fellow tsikoteers. if ever you would like to install shingles on your home, just make sure every piece of shingle installed has 6 roof nails installed NOT 4 nails. What Ayala project did they use asphalt shingles?

I'd prefer tegula roof tiles over shingles, but that's just me.

Tile roofing materials require a stronger beam/roof support,- because of their sheer weight vs., shingles....

An undersheet for tile roof may or may not be required if you're meeting the required grade of the roof.... [ours do not have undersheet....
